How do I receive my license key after purchase?
Your license key is delivered instantly via email to the address provided during checkout. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
How many computers can I use my LightBurn license on?
A standard LightBurn license key is valid for up to two computers at once. If you get a new computer, you can deactivate your old seat to free up a slot for the new machine.
Is LightBurn a subscription or a one-time purchase?
LightBurn is a one-time purchase. The license is permanent and includes one year of free updates. After the first year, you can choose to renew your maintenance for another year of updates, but the software will continue to function even if you don't.
What is your return policy for digital software?
We offer a 30-day free trial so you can test the software with your hardware before buying. Because of this trial period, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and activated.
Which laser controllers are compatible with LightBurn?
LightBurn supports most GCode, Ruida, Trocen, and TopWisdom controllers. This includes popular machines like Ortur, XTool, Boss Laser, and Aeon. Please ensure you select the correct version (GCode or DSP) for your specific hardware.
Can I upgrade my license from GCode to DSP later?
Yes, you can upgrade your license at any time through our store. You will only pay the price difference between the two versions to unlock support for DSP controllers.
